Day 1
Arrive at JKIA and transfer to Inter Continental Hotel where you are booked in on a bed and breakfast basis. Enjoy the morning at leisure, and in the afternoon, transfer to Muthaiga Golf Club – the traditional home of the Kenya Open – a European PGA Event. Rest of day at leisure. Dinner can be taken at the highly acclaimed carnivore restaurant, then transfer back to the hotel. Overnight.
Day 2
After breakfast, transfer from Inter Continental Hotel to Sarova Lion Hill Lodge in Nakuru arriving in time for lunch. Go for an afternoon game drive in the Nakuru National Park, where you can enjoy sighting the array of flamingos and large flocks of pelicans. The surrounding parkland is home to many animals including waterbuck, leopards, black rhinos and Rothschild giraffe. On the other side of the town, lies an extinct volcano – Menengai. Drive to the lookout point at the top and enjoy the breathtaking view. Return to the lodge and spend the evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Lion Hill.
Day 3
After breakfast, drive to the Great Rift Valley Lodge and Golf Resort . In the afternoon, plunge onto the lush fairways and shimmering lakes of the 6,580-yard golf course, which extends out in different directions. Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight at the GRVL.
Day 4
After breakfast, drive to Masai Mara. You will check-in at the Kichwa Tembo Camp on full board basis. Check-in and unwind. After lunch get ready for a game drive through the vast expanse of grassland of the Mara. This is your opportunity to see the classic African ‘Big Five' (Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, Rhino and Elephant). Rest of day at leisure. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
Day 5
Full day in the reserve with Game drives at 0630hrs,after breakfast and 1600hrs respectively. The Mara is the northern extension of the Serengeti and its rolling grasslands are home to large herds of plains game, together with predators that feed on them. All meals and overnight at Kichwa Tembo Camp.
Day 6
After breakfast, transfer back to Nairobi. Check in at the Inter Continental Hotel. spend the rest of the day unwinding, relaxing and getting pampered. Transfer for dinner at a downtown Chinese restaurant. Return to the hotel. Overnight.
Day 7
After breakfast, transfer to the Royal Nairobi Golf Club and enjoy the 18-hole championship golf course. Take lunch at the club and return to the hotel for a late afternoon check out and transfer to JKIA for your return flight home.
